Qutils 3.0 is now available.

Due to the IBM decision to change the encryption scheme for DXL and not make it backward compatible, Qutils 3.0 is a set of plain-text scripts. It is no longer encrypted but, unfortunately, no longer encrypts. This has the advantage of allowing you to use our code as examples for building your own.
