Qutils 3.0 no longer uses an MSI installer.  It is a self-extracting archive.

As before, the .chm file must be saved to your computer and opened to view all the information.

Qutils 3.1 is now available. It is still a self-extracting archive, available at:

The new version includes some fixes and additions to the View:Copy tool.
